Shea Spence, owner and founder of Endless Comfort HVAC TN, has built his reputation on one simple principle: put people first, and the rest will follow.
Born and raised in Tennessee, Shea developed an early passion for working with his hands and solving problems. After starting his career as a service technician, he quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his strong work ethic, deep technical knowledge, and commitment to doing things right the first time. In 2025, he founded Endless Comfort HVAC with a clear mission—to provide honest, high-quality HVAC services to families and businesses throughout Middle Tennessee.
Shea brings more than just skill to the job—he brings heart. His customer-first approach and attention to detail have earned the trust of hundreds of homeowners and local businesses. Whether it’s a routine service call or a complex system installation, Shea treats every project as if it were for his own home.
When he’s not on the job, Shea enjoys spending time with his wife (Madison Spence) and son (Colter Spence), fishing on Tennessee’s lakes, and supporting local small businesses. He’s proud to call Tennessee home and is passionate about giving back to the community that has supported his journey.

Chris Murray is a dedicated Residential HVAC Service Technician with a
strong background in leadership, logistics, and customer service. He
currently works at Endless Comfort in Lewisburg, Tennessee, where he
performs residential HVAC maintenance, repair, and installations, helping
homeowners stay comfortable year-round.

strong background in leadership, logistics, and customer service. He
currently works at Endless Comfort in Lewisburg, Tennessee, where he
performs residential HVAC maintenance, repair, and installations, helping
homeowners stay comfortable year-round.
Before moving into the HVAC industry, Christopher served over a decade in
the United States Air Force. His roles included supervising air terminal
operations, recruiting, and technical instruction. He led large teams,
managed 'ight and cargo operations worldwide, and received multiple
awards for team performance and safety.
Chris was born and raised here local in Tennessee, where he graduated
from Marshall County High School in Lewisburg, TN. He is married to his
wife Lesley where they have two beautiful boys together, Casen and
Cameron. Chris is dedicated to serving the middle Tennessee community he
grew up in with integrity, compassion and a commitment to a strong work
ethic and professionalism.
