Endless Comfort HVAC
By scheduling service with Endless Comfort HVAC, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Endless Comfort HVAC provides residential and light commercial HVAC services within our designated Middle Tennessee service area. Service availability may vary based on technician scheduling, travel distance, weather conditions, and accessibility.
Customers must provide accurate service location information at the time of booking. Endless Comfort HVAC reserves the right to reschedule or decline service requests located outside our normal service territory or in areas deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
Endless Comfort HVAC reserves the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue service at any time.
If service is stopped after arrival due to the above conditions, a diagnostic or trip charge may still apply.
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all equipment requiring service, including indoor units, outdoor units, crawlspaces, attics, rooftops, or mechanical rooms.
Delays caused by restricted access may require rescheduling and additional service charges.
Diagnostic findings and repair recommendations will be communicated prior to performing billable repair work whenever possible. Approval from the customer or authorized representative is required before repairs begin.
Endless Comfort HVAC is not responsible for pre-existing equipment defects, improper prior installations, concealed damage, or failures unrelated to performed services.
Appointment times are scheduled within arrival windows due to traffic, emergency calls, and job complexity. Endless Comfort HVAC will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of delays.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Endless Comfort HVAC accepts approved payment methods listed on invoices or booking confirmations.
Technicians may take photos of equipment and jobsite conditions for documentation, quality assurance, training, warranty verification, and service records. Marketing use requires separate customer consent.
